Overview
Bait-ul-Aqba is an intellectual and practical movement inspired by the historic pledge of the companions (RA) at the blessed hands of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It is an initiative to support our brothers and sisters in need, both within and beyond borders. Gaza Virtual Adoption is a humanitarian initiative that connects sponsoring families with orphaned and widowed families in Gaza through a virtual adoption system. Sponsors provide consistent support for essential needs while building a meaningful bond of care and compassion. The program aims to strengthen the spirit of unity by creating direct connections between families, ensuring that Gaza's most vulnerable households receive both material support and a sense of dignity, stability, and hope.

To connect families around the world with orphaned families in Gaza through virtual adoption, providing consistent support, emotional connection, and essential aid while strengthening unity and compassion across the Ummah.

Context
The genocide in Gaza has disproportionately affected children. According to a report by Ministry of Information of Gaza: 64616 children in Gaza Strip are now orphans. 3209 children have lost both parents. 826 children lost all family. Moral imperative: Providing structured, dignified support is essential for these children's upbringing, education, and basic needs.
Spiritual Significance
The Prophet ﷺ said: 'I and the one who sponsors an orphan will be in Paradise like this,' and he joined his two fingers together. (Sahih al-Bukhari). This is more than financial aid; it's an act of worship and a sunnah of our beloved Prophet, Peace be upon him.
Achievements
Around 700 children are virtually sponsored. Each child receives $125/month (~PKR 36,000). Children remain in direct contact with their Pakistani sponsors via video, audio, and messaging. Sponsors provide educational and emotional support, gifts, and essentials etc. Relationship mirrors a family bond, a fulfillment beyond words.
Operation
Contact via website or phone. Receive an orphan's profile. Select an orphan to sponsor. Receive the virtual adoption certificate. Direct communication with the child or guardian. Monthly sponsorship commitment: $125 (~PKR 36,000). Verification: Direct confirmation through contact with child/guardian.
Security
Fully coordinated with local authorities in Palestine. Safe and verified financial channels. Pakistan-based offices available for visits (Islamabad & Lahore).
